HOW TO MAKE A CRUNCHY MILK CHINCHIN SNACKS

 PLEASE SAVE THIS 


5Kg flour

800g sugar

500g -600g butter or margarine 

80g hot dry chili powder 

80g salt

300g milk powder 

2 eggs(opt)

2400g water (if u use egg) .. 2550g water ( without egg)

Half of 1 satchet Mr.chef Ginger-onion-garlic seasoning powder ( you can replace with normal fresh ginger, and onions)

1/2 tbsp egg yellow (opt)..just for color 

1 large grated nutmeg seed 

1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder (opt)

200g Gandors vanilla flavor powder 

100g Gandors milk flavor powder 

( You can also use any quality milk and vanilla flavor with superb aroma)


Make into a dough

Cover to rest for 20 minutes 

Cut and fry to light golden brown ( don't cut it too thick, a little bit thin can make it crunchy) . Deep fry gradually in medium heated oil
