How to achieve your dish washing liquid

 Dish and laundry liquid wash is one of the essentials household cleaning agents, which helps in keeping our environment clean including our laundries.

Is better in washing dishes And cups including your baby feeding bottles because it contains little or none harsh chemicals.

  Here are the ingredients 

1. Nitrosol

2. Sulphonic acid

3. Texapon

4. Soda ash

5. Caustic acid

6. SLS or rice which ever one you call it

7. STTP

8. Industrial salt, optional 

9. Foam booster

10. Perfume

Steps on how to archive your liquid soap.

First you will have to soak your chemicals for a least 40mins to 1hr, starting from your soda ash for example if you're producing 20 litres of liquid soap bring out 5Litre to soak your chemicals, divide it into 5 places now let's go to soaking

1. Soak your soda ash

2. Caustic acid, NB this chemical is very dangerous as a beginner I advise you to get a rubber gloves

3. Then your SLS

4. Your STTP

5. then industrial salt, this is optional 

Make sure you stir them very well to avoid caking in the water and with a wooden turner or strong rubber, do not use iron bowl or spoon, pls keep stirring the chemicals till they are well dissolved, put on nose mask to avoid inhaling the chemicals, now your chemicals are ready

In a big bow add your remaining 15litres of water, here the work starts in soap making turning is the main key to archiving a good result, after your water gentle add your nitrosol while stirring continuously, after you have it all stir for at least 2 mins to avoid lumps 2 add your sulphonic acid and texapon together before you stir for about 5 mins to allow them dissolve properly, then start adding your soaked chemicals starting from your soda ash pls do not pour at once especially if you're not using a very big bowl just add it small small for it not to rise quickly and at the end wasting your soap, then and other soak items one after the other and you stir very well whenever you pour each chemical, after the soaked items add your foam booster and stir very well and keep aside Now get your perfume and add little water to it

Then your preferred color open in and put in a small empty can add water to be like half and keep aside. Do not add immediately for the perfume if you're not ready to package, for the color allow the bubbles on the soap to settle down do that you can see it clearly while adding your color so that you don't over put the color this is the final stage of the production after this last two are good to package your soap but I advise you produce it in the evening leave it to the next day for a better result, and make sure it is well covered so that it can thicken up.
